Sivan Amin was convicted of the murder of Mircea Gheorghe Cozmiuc 23.
They had been flatmates but Mircea Cozmiuc had moved out after the summer of 2016 and made new friends which caused Sivan Amin to become jealous of him.
He stabbed Mircea Cozmiuc to death as he was on his way to work on 3 September 2016.
Sivan Amin had previously been convicted of murder in Sweden where he had shot another friend.
